I-ASTM A516 vs A36, A572, Q355: Ukukhetha Ipuleti Lensimbi Elifanele Lokwakha Kwanamuhla

Ukusebenza Kwemishini Namandla

I-ASTM A516 (Amabanga 60-70) inikeza amandla okukhiqiza angu-260–290 MPa kanye namandla okudonsa afinyelela ku-550 MPa, kuhlanganiswe nokuqina okuphezulu kokushisa okuphansi okufika ku--45°C. Uma kuqhathaniswa:

I-ASTM A36– Amandla okukhiqiza angu-250 MPa, ukuthambekela okungu-400–550 MPa, ukusebenza okuvamile kokushisa okuphansi.

I-ASTM A572 (Gr.50)– Ikhiqiza i-345 MPa, i-tensile 450–620 MPa, ukushibilika okuhle kakhulu kanye nokuqina kwezinga lokushisa eliphansi.

Q355– Ikhiqiza i-355 MPa, i-tensile 470–630 MPa, esetshenziswa kabanzi kumaphrojekthi okwakha aseShayina ngenxa yamandla ayo aphezulu nokuqina kwayo.

Lokhu kwenza i-A516 ifaneleke kakhulu emithini yemithwalo esindayo, amapuleti okuphela kwebhuloho, kanye nezingxenye zesakhiwo ezindaweni ezibandayo.

Ukukhetha Insimbi Efanele

Kumaphrojekthi okwakha esimanje, onjiniyela bacabanga kakhulu nge-ASTM A516 lapho izingxenye zesakhiwo zidinga kokubili amandla kanye nokusebenza kwezinga lokushisa eliphansi. Kumafreyimu okwakha ajwayelekile, i-A36 isalokhu iyisinqumo esingabizi kakhulu. Okwamanje, i-A572 ne-Q355 zikhethwa kakhulu ezakhiweni eziphakeme, amabhuloho, kanye nezakhiwo zezimboni lapho amandla aphezulu nokuqina kubalulekile khona.
