Izinga Lepayipi le-ASTM A53: Umhlahlandlela Wokusetshenziswa Okuvamile Amapayipi ensimbi e-ASTM A53 angenye yezindinganiso ezisetshenziswa kakhulu zamapayipi ensimbi emhlabeni emkhakheni wamapayipi nokwakhiwa kwawo. Kunezinhlobo ezintathu: i-LSAW, i-SSAW, kanye ne-ERW, kodwa izinqubo zazo zokukhiqiza zihlukile futhi ukusetshenziswa kwazo kuhlukile.
1. I-Astm A53 LSAIpayipi Lensimbi Eliyi-W(Ukushisela kwe-arc efakwe emanzini isikhathi eside)
Ipayipi le-LSAW lenziwa ngokugoba ipuleti lensimbi ngobude bese lihlanganiswa bese umthungo ohlanganisiwe ungaphakathi nangaphandle kwepayipi! Amapayipi e-LSAW, anezinsimbi zekhwalithi ephezulu, alungele ukusetshenziswa kukawoyela negesi enomfutho ophezulu. Ukushintshwa okunamandla aphezulu kanye nezindonga ezijiyile kwenza la mapayipi afanelekele amapayipi kawoyela negesi anomfutho ophezulu, ukusetshenziswa kolwandle.
2. I-Astm A53I-SSAWIpayipi Lensimbi(I-Spiral Submerged Arc Welded)
Ipayipi Elihlanganisiwe Le-Spiral Submerged Arc Welded (SSAW) lenziwa ngokusebenzisa indlela yokushisela i-arc engaphansi komhlaba ejikelezayo. Ama-spiral welds abo enza kube lula ukukhiqizwa futhi awenze afaneleke kakhulu ezindaweni zamanzi ezinomfutho ophakathi kuya kophansi noma ukusetshenziswa kwesakhiwo.
3.I-Astm A53I-ERWIpayipi Lensimbi(Kufakwe Ukumelana Nogesi)
Amapayipi e-ERW enziwa ngokushisela ukumelana nogesi, ukuze kudingeke irediyasi encane yokugoba ukuze kugotshwe ekulungiseleleni ukushisela okuvumela ukukhiqiza amapayipi anobubanzi obuncane anama-weld aqondile, izindleko zokukhiqiza zamapayipi anjalo ziphansi kakhulu. Avame ukusetshenziswa ekwakheni ozimele bokwakha, amapayipi omshini, kanye nokuhanjiswa koketshezi ngomfutho ophansi.
